AARON - Sorry for the delayed reply. Yes I appraised it last week and have prepared an appraisal report for Fiona (lovely lady & we clicked well).She is decluttering and getting a few odd jobs completed with a view to launch a campaign in JanuarMAR21 -Looking good. Should be next week
