SAID - Hi Natalie, Just wanted to give you a quick update on this property. I met Kerrie last week they want way too much for the property I estimated the sale price from $570,000 to $620,000 and that’s me being very optimistic but she wants minimum $700,000 she also doesn’t want to pay any marketing fees and commission below 1.5% however they said they will make a decision when they come back from holidays after new year I’ll let you know if I hear back from her Merry Christmas....
