NOT SELLING - ROB IS BUYING FROM HIS PARENTS - USED US & AGENTS FOR VALUATION.
16/03/2021 - Daniel: Spoke to Rob 2 weeks ago, still intending on staying for the next 12 months and reassessing then
11/03/2021 - Grant: bought property from his parents internal transaction
11/02/2021 - Grant: I understand that Rob is buying the property from parents.
3/02/2021 - Daniel: 3rd Feb - Spoke to Rob, he has just been offered by his parents to buy the home and is looking like he will buy within the next few months, not looking to sell now.
6/01/2021- Daniel:" I mentioned to him I would follow up in the first quarter of this year to give him an overview of the market – He is just about to have his first child so things might be a bit hectic for him shortly.
6/01/2021 - Daniel: Appraised the property in December, he is unsure if he is wanting to sell or lease. He mentioned he was working with a timeline within the next 12 months
17/12/2020 - gRant: Followed up Rob Johnston not selling buying direct from parents. Thanks again for the referral opportunity. he called me back have come to agreement to buy the home from the parents deal too good to refuse
