JAMES - they have decided not to sell for the moment but will use us when they do. His Mother has just come out of hospital

(sick) back problems....House hard for them...Were living in self contained flat - $2.3m - $2.5m - 38 years ago built - rental value - Emotional so may rent out house & live in flat.
