I was a little annoyed as I spent a long time on the phone with that guy and at the end of the conversation he said that sounds excellent and he thought I really knew what I was talking about and that I would be best placed to look after the sale he said if I cut my fee he would tell her to use me and I said no I would not do that so he's actually advised her to go with another agent because of that, not very ethical in my mind"
