2/6/21 ** Good morning, I have spoken to Angela this am and she has advised that the property was sold privately to a mutual associate. Kind regards Jeanine
25/3**Client has never heard from Debbie or anyone at Ray White, Jeanine was very helpful due to personal reasons will be selling most prob end of year.

Just letting you know I spoke to Angela today re 440 Beaconsfield Emerald Rd.
They have a lot on their plates at the moment so probably a good year or more away from listing.

9/12/20***Client impressed with Jeanine so far, was prompt, on the ball, etc, has not heard from A1 requested a call from her Monday 14th December Debbie will be calling client on Monday.
**Do not make contact until Tuesday 8th December
