Hi Natalie, Happy New Year. Thanks so much for the referral. Yes I met with Kelly just prior to Christmas. The appraisal went well and she mentioned that they were going to attend to a number of small items prior to going onto the market. This included potentially painting the exterior of the home.
I'm due to follow up with Kelly this week and will report back.
