21/2/24 Jay seeing owners today Jasmeet, needs an appraisal for separation settlement at this stage, I will keep in touch he may think about selling in future.Not selling at this stage, just wanted an appraisal for settlement with wife


12/5/23- Client:  No. This property is under financial dispute going through the family court. So anything happen to the property will be Via court orders. Can't rent or sell this unit court orders.
