1/10/2021 - Peter: We have launched a property near Tonia's place (6 Chadd Place, Wembley Downs) that is the type of property she is after. Have left her a message inviting her to Saturday's home open
4/06/2021 - Peter: Had provided Tonia with knowledge of a property that might suit them. This will be launched in 2 weeks. Email received from Sonia on Sunday Thank you for your consideration, Peter. I took a look at the property and although the elevation is a draw card, it won’t be practical for us.
24/05/2021 - Peter: Spoke with Tonia today. Still hasn't found the right property and doesn't want to sell until they find their next home. Have introduced her to a property in Wembley Downs that may interest her. That property won't launch for 3 weeks.
