27/1/21 **Nick -Spoke with Mick Monday afternoon, he has decided to go with another agent who he was referred to apparently who has sold for someone he knew. Thanks again for the lead, it's much appreciated.
Caught up with Mick, lovely guy. He is away in QLD this week with his wife, so mentioned I would follow up once he was back. I had emailed him a proposal last week, it doesnt look like he has opened it however. Won't call until he is back as requested.19/1/21 agent
