17/1/22 Thanks for following up.
I wasn’t happy with the agents put forward to be blunt; they’re estimate of the property was well off the mark.

Not at this stage, I’ll just sit on it for now.

Mark’s predicted value was off the mark to what other agents had mentioned to me, probably safe to be on the conservative side from his loot of view but I won’t sell for $850, and certainly not invest in a marketing campaign.
