One agent pulled out straight away, (knew client, bad property) - other tried numerous times to get this listed but always delays, then no response either way. Has run through the auto hibernate emails, left failed as no other options for agencies that have sold more than a one off property in the area.
8/09/2022 - Craig: I contacted the agents you recommended multiple times and arranged entry to the property on two occasions however they never did the valuation and stopped replying to my emails.
