13/01/2021 - Jack: ust an update on this one: Met with Dean & his wife yesterday afternoon. The meeting went okay. Followed up just now – he mentioned ray white and woodards were a flat 1.5% inc GST (which is embarrassingly cheap). He said I’m the most expensive but he’s not necessarily swayed by a cheaper fee…I get the feeling I’m on the back foot here but will keep chasing and let you know of any progress. 11/10/2021 - Jack: Meeting Dean tomorrow at his place.
