20/01/2021 -David: Attended today, the appraisal went well, The vendor wants to get a few more things done before going ahead. Is planing on doing something in the next 2-3 weeks. I’ll keep you posted.
20/1 - DAVID - David had a really good meeting with Brendon. He sounds positive. Doing a few things on the property and then will have him back in and then make a decision.
