11/2/21 ***Susan Mills: Neville believes he was premature in getting an agent involved so early. I've explain that it is always advantageous to do so in order to gain insight into what improvements will maximise the sale price. He is still undecided on the agent he will choose given the LJ Hooker have discounted the fees to a lower price. He will decide in a few weeks who he will choose when ready. If you can help with any feedback from him to enable me to close this and list the property, I would appreciate it. I would like to help Neville given that I have previously sold 2 other houses on Lytton Rd very close to the property and one on Marie Street also very close by. I achieved great prices on all 3 properties.
