13/4/21 *** No change at 20 Quirk Street at this stage. The potential seller is still looking for another property while preparing his own for sale.Like many potential sellers, they are hoping to secure something which is now financially out of reach, so many end up doing nothing as the potential move doesn’t really get them a superior property.
We’ll let you know if there is any change.
