14/06/2023 - Paul: They have started the renovations and have no plans to sell. They may do something in a couple years' time but will likely rent it out if they move. Happy to stay in touch. 12 Month call back scheduled.
10/03/2021 - Paul: Hope your well, unfortunately no news on Nambour.
I believe they are going to do a knock down rebuild.
121/02/2021 - Paul: the sellers at Nambour wont be selling as they are looking to do a knock down rebuild at this stage. I’ll keep you posted if anything were to change.
22/01/2021 - Paul: Great to her from you I met with the vendors of 9 Nambour place today in Engadine. It looks as though they are going to do a knockdown rebuild of the home. If anything were to change and they called me back down I will be in touch.


20/01/2021 - Sebastian: met with Kemal & Javiera last night. They aren’t selling. They wanted advice on renovations and possibly KDR.
They may lease the property if overseas work opportunities present themselves again.
