Listed during the week and contract with 9 offers on first viewing. I will send a copy of the contract when i get it completed, cheeers.
Settlement April 4th client flies out 7th April.
Mal: Sokhem will not list to sell until February, she has told me she will list with me. I am currently selling all her furniture on the internet to help her out and I will sell her car as well and drop her to the Airport on the day she leaves.

17/11/21 MAL: Spoke with Sokhem and organised for her electric gate to be fixed and she went to Travel Centre and they said no Canada trips to April 2022, we have spoke about getting all her furniture ready when it is time and if buyers don't want to buy any I will take to the Salvos.

11/11 Mal: I was there last Monday with her and we organised a new electric motor for her gate n we spoke about me taking the furniture away that does not sell after a sale. I will call here again now
Going to visit Sokhem tomorrow 11/11/21 Sue Dewar
20/1/21 ***mal lucas - I went and appraised Sokhem yesterday and she informed me she cannot list her property for sale until the Govt says she can fly out to Canada. The other agent knew that but still bought people around trying to push a sale and Sokhem got upset and said again no I am not listing with her and told her to leave the home. A lot of pressure on an old lady, Forceful tactics, hmmmmmmmm. We chatted for two hours and discussed many things like trying to list cheap is not the answer and not listing on Realestate.com will diminish the selling price. She was very happy I really explained the whole proceedings, hopefully she will select me when the time comes when she can fly to Canada, thanks again Vicki, cheers.
