OCT ANDY - Hi Natalie, I spoke with Alan this morning, unfortunately they are still waiting for her son to sign the paper work. Its in the hands of the solicitors now so we just have to wait.
4/8/21 ** Hi I spoke with Alan yesterday, they are still having problems with his brother who is also on title, but they feel lik ethey made some progress this week and hopefully its not far from coming on.
ANDY This one unfortunately has ended up in the courts. The son is on title as well and he and his Mum have had a falling out (40yr dispute) the agency agreement was posted to him via the solicitor but his not signing it. They have a court order running on it as we speak.
I’ll keep you posted; it will happen but could be some time before we get to launch it.
We’ll keep you posted with any progress.
3/2/21 - Alan is still a few weeks away from doing anything. He is preparing the house for sale, i just referred a garner to him. I think he liked my approach so I'll keep you posted on the progress.
