19/10/2021 - Annette: I have had 4 offers on this home between 250,000-$270,000. The $270,000 Buyer withdrew his offer and the other offers have Not been accepted. There is apparently structural issues and Plumbing problems with the house. A lot of big trees and bird Cages that buyers have said that this is a red flag for them Especially with Cyclones and the bad storms that we have in Central Queensland. The Owners haven’t been back to tidy the yard up or the house up
Since they left in April however I have spoken to them. And they will be here next month to tidy up to put the house. On the rental market if it hasn’t sold by then.
I haven’t been able to sell it and maybe they should get another Agent as I have done over. 30 Open Homes had over 60 Groups through and that’s not counting the many. Private inspections. I have sent the Owners feedback. They are lovely people. And I feel terrible that I can’t help them
1/09/2021 - Annette: am having moving this property. I have had over 60 inspections. 27 Open Homes both on Saturdays and also during the week. Its opposite a School with all of the drop of lanes and people don't like it. The house itself is lovely. it has a brand new roof. The feed back is that there are a lot of big old trees in the yard and people (After the Cyclone don't like them.) The price is down to offers over $276,000. A public trustee house that was much nicer and also renovated and not opposite the school recently sold in Herbert Street for $255,000. Also 33 Herbert Price was purchased at $325,000 and has just sold at $285,000. I have spoken with the Vendors and they are blaming me and I think that they will get a new Agent. I have had an cash offer of $265,000 which they wouldn't take. Then he came back a couple of months later and offered $270,000 and they wanted $275,000 and he purchased another property.

20/07/2021 - Annette: I HAVE HAD ONE OFFER AT $260,000 CASH;. tHAT WAS DECLINED. I HAD AN OFFER ON THE WEEKEND AT $270,000 CASH SUBJECT TO THE SETTLEMENT OF HIS PROPERTY BUT IT FELL OVER. HE IS STILL INTERESTED HE WAS MY $260,000 OFFER.
