8/6/21 ** There hasn’t been much interest as there are 3 other properties on the market in the complex at a lower price. Also this one has a long tenancy until March next year and the greatest demographic buying is owner occupier and they want vacant possession The market is at about $320k for these townhouses and we are on at over $329k. The tenants also wont allow open homes and escort me through with anyone so its challenging. Anyway the market is on the rise and will hopefully get to the price point that Annick is after. It is a really good property.

Hi Vicki, Thankyou I have tried Annick. Just to let you know I have just put the townhouse that is 3 up from Annicks under contract(58). Ill try Annick again later. The townhouse market in Griffin has really been challenging and these townhouses are selling for about $310,000 so chances are she may not want to sell.
