Your timing is impeccable, we did our first open on Saturday and sold it that afternoon!!!
We sold it for $575,000 and the fee was 2% (inc GST). Do you want to send me your bits and pieces for the invoice?

I met with Daniel today and had a talk, the Collingwood apartment is a good month behind so that will push back and sale of Regent St till I can settle next month at this stage.

Comment: will prob use daniel Atsis but will wait until May when his daughter moves out as its cluttered at moment need to get her stuff out and style.
