15/3 - Sam - Paid 350 however sales suggest 330-340K. Suggesting most of the people moving in are occupiers. He is on the OC committee. Fees about $2500. Likely to sell by the end of the year. Still rented however will pull the trigger if the tenant vacates. He is 58 years old. He works in the City in defence, lives in Kilsyth.
