SOLD OUT OF REFERAL TERMS
GRANT - Yes , I was very disappointed ,Luke had previous dealings with friends of theirs Christine called Luke directly and he listed and sold it. I get zero from the deal.

GRANT DEC24 - might make a move next year, will be in touch, advised of townhouses that have sold and currently on the marketJUN 24 - Spoke to her going oseas in August may consider moving to a retirement village in the future. No strong plans
FEB 24 - Spoke to Christine, going oseas in August this year , will look to make a move later this year. I have a note to follow up.
GRANT - JAN 22 - spoke to the owners no plans to move at this time.

FEB 21 -KAEL - Yes, property appraised. They are looking to relocating up north and are crunching the numbers to make it work. Looking to go within the next 3-12 months

GRANT - Property inspection carried out, meeting went well. They are looking to move to QLD currently in QLD looking at properties to buy. They are either looking to sell or lease out kellyville property
