8/09/2021 - Pam: This property has now settled, I am out of town for a few days, but will pay your referral invoice as soon as I receive it.
17/08/2021 - Pam: Just letting you know that 2/30 Primevera is still tracking well. Not expecting there to be any issues at this stage. Will let you know when it goes unconditional and settles.



2/08/2021 - Pam: Hi Mark Pam here, had some luck over the weekend, 1 buyer through and an offer accepted, so finger crossed we get it all unconditional soon. Contract being drawn up now. Will keep you posted.

30/07/2021 - Pam: We are really struggling with this one. It is absolutely gorgeous but Mackay is a funny place and everyone here wants stand alone properties with large yards so the enquiry has been really slow. We reduced the price this week, so I think we we do not have any interest this week, he may choose to re rent this property as said he does not want it to stay empty and his tenant has moved out . Will let you know if we have any luck.

18/07/2021 - Pam: we now have this property listed and his tenant is handing keys back in a couple of weeks. Enquiry has been slow as units/townhouses in Mackay is not as popular as houses so unless owners meet the market we struggle to sell them. The rent return is fantastic in Mackay, so lots of owners of these type of properties choose to continue renting rather than dropping too low. Early days still and we have some inspections there this coming week, will be in touch as soon as I have more to report.
11/6/2021 - Pam AP: Yep it is September, I have been trying to get the rental transferred then it is easier to sell too. Will be in touch. Ta
11/06/2021 - Pam: still no action with this one. I have spoken to Neil a few times but I think he is just too busy at work and has put moving the rental across to us in the too hard basket, will keep on touching base with him
7/05/2021 - Pam: I am keeping in contact with Neil and have suggested he moves his rental to us so that when the time comes and his tenant lease is up, it is easier to sell. He always thanks me and says he is intending to do that but just too busy at work. I will keep in contact with him
3/03/2021 - Pam: , just a quick update regarding this referral. I spoke with Neil last week. His tenant is in there until Aug/Sept so I suggested he move the rental across to me so it is easier to sell later in the year. Most of our buyers here are home owners wanting to move into the properties, so will need to market closer to lease end date. He said he was going to speak to his wife and get back to me. Have not heard anything at this stage, but will follow up this week.
10/2 Pam - Neil wants to sell in June, tenants are in there until June needs to wait
3/02/2021 - Pam: I spoke with Neil and sent him some information. His tenant is still there until September so he said he may wait until June to list. I will follow him up in a few weeks time.
