It’s a difficult and complex matter so without her taking steps like painting out the apartment white (the scheme is ‘eclectic’, some opinions may even be cruel, and it’s 2 apartment jointly connected so separating the sales is also recommended. She would likely have to move out. Hence, her cold feet.
