29/08/2022 - Joanne (Response Real Estate (Penrith):  We are now in a cooling off period which is due to expire on the 9th September 2022 at 5pm at this stage.

Could you please arrange for the invoice to be emailed through to myself, so I can arrange payment at settlement. 
Proposed settlement is scheduled for the 24th October 2022.
