9/06/2021 - Leanne: after providing appraisal and proposal for this property on Captain Cook Cres, and a couple of follow up conversations – the home owner has not been back in touch, despite a couple of attempts on my end.5/05/2021 - Robert: He is not interested in selling just now.
17/03/2021 - Robert: From him I got very mixed messages regarding his intentions.
It would be a good listing and would achieve a top price for an original 3 b/r one bath home - well maintained.
17/03/2021 - Robert: Just to let you know I met with Andrew a second time and emailed him my opinion of value etc. I’m not sure what his future intentions are.
