Anthony Z: we had an amazing appraisal but unfortunately she and her husband have not returned my calls or txt since. I'm mindful not to hound them and they were not quite ready yet so maybe all is ok. I'll certainly keep you posted and I'm so very appreciative of the referral.
Andrew Q: We had prior dealings with these guys remember, we sold it to them and Ian Willis had been in contact continuously with them.
Ian informed me they are not doing anything fir a few months
