26/5 Caroline said she will follow up Peter Khoury, indicated that they were holding off selling until prices picked up a bit more, Peter owns this with a friend. vf
15/2 - Ben - Yeah spoke with Peter and provided a written appraisal. Said he would speak to his friend who owns part and get back to me. Not overly confident as his response to the discussion on fees was "I don't pay those fees". My fees were very reasonable. I have buyers who would be interested as well which is a shame.
