SM - FEB 22 - 05/11/21 Spoke to Gail - great chat. Very undecided – She is less inclined... Still considering moving out of area?

HAROLD - likes sam - looking to sell in summer - going away for 3 months across oz.
Steve - may 21I We have emailed a number of times. The client had indicated previously that he was not necessarily ready to move as yet as had some other things to work through (including health of his wife) and where he was going to move to.
We are waiting on client to commit to selling the property. at this stage he has not done this.
sam yes - Appraisal conducted 12/02/21 $700,000's. Will touch base again in a fortnight, as they need to sell mums property in Malbina first.
STEVE - We met with Harold yesterday.We have presented to them & they appeared to be happy enough.
In conversation, it appears as if they are not going to sell for a little while yet, as they are trying to secure a new home in a market where stock is thin on the ground.We will keep you posted. Regards, Steve Steve Yannarakis
