16/03/2021 - Sam: Already selected another agent and going to market in May
16/02/2021 - Sam: She answered today, sounded quite happy with the agent she has spoken to already (assuming its the rental manger agency) and dint seem interested in getting another opinion. Did my best however didn't sound like she was keen to seek alternate advice.
