15/10 update from Ryan: I've been unable to get anywhere near his price of 1,500,000.00. Highest the market was willing to pay was 1,100,000. I'm still speaking with vendor but no change in price
5/5 Ryan still working on it the owners reserve has now gone up to $1.5mill and he has also allowed Harcourts to list it as open if he does not get that price will keep and rent. vf
26/4 Spoke to Ryan no luck with this one he has tried everything but clients not prepared to pay more than 1.1 and that was from developer, Robert coming back tomorrow from being away will discuss then. vf
