Ed: Written market appraisal was emailed on 19 February, called after but no response
6/05/2021 -Ed: this is a vacant block of land valued at around $150,000. The block is a deceased estate and they are probably waiting on probate to come through.
Terry said he also has to slash grass and remove a lot of debris before he can place on the market.
