We sold at auction on Saturday at 45 Freney Street, Rocklea.
The settlement date is December 7th, and the sale price was $661,000.
The commission on this sale was 2.1% + GST
NICK SEPT _ Still waiting on power of attorney document for the family to be able to market the home.
- AUG 21 - Hey, Clare is about 4 weeks away from having the title ready to then sign up, sounds like I will be listing this one too - we shall see.
Russell JUN 21 - Still waiting on Clare to come back to me. There is a hold-up with probate at their end.
- I spoke with Clare today and they have to go through the courts before they can put the house on the market. I would say somebody is contesting the Will. She said she would contact me when they are able to sell.
NICK - I have appraised Clares property - they are waiting for POA documents before marketing the home. Sounding promising though.
RUSEELL - Left a follow up message with Clare. Haven't heard back but will follow up again. They are waiting for probate to go through.
We went down and saw the house yesterday.
We have appraised the property at $450k - $490k and suggest it be listed at $490k
2.2% commission including GST.They are about 2 weeks away from being ready to go to market.
I will let you know if we get the job.
