9/06/2021 - Nicole AP: Seller has now given tenant notice. we are preparing for a Spring Sale.
13/04/2021 - Nicole: I have had a nice meeting with the family. Timing wise they are considering waiting until mid year and once the tenant vacates. I will keep in contact with them. And looking forward to helping them with the sale later in the year.
4/03/2021 - Nicole: I have now inspected Jim's property and provided him with an update on the market and a market proposal. He is dealing with 3 agents and there are 3 parties involved in the sale, so it may take a while for them to make decisions. I would love to be involved in the sale and think I am the most qualified of the agents to assist him - however, he has got a relationship with the onsite manager. I will continue to keep you up to date on progress,
23/02/2021 - Jim: I now believe that my ducks are in line and today have sent the following email to both Nicole and Brad:
“I believe that my ducks are now in line so would appreciate you providing me with a market analysis including potential marketing programme and cost for Unit 9 14 Dowse Street Paddington. You will need to contact the agent managing the property in order to undertake an inspection to do this. Her name is Debbie Wijetunge Ph 0417 007 652 and I have advised her that you will be making contact in due course.I look forward to receiving your proposal.”
19/02/2021 - Nicole: I have received the following message from Jim. I assume he maybe more incline to sell in a few months….closer to lease expiry etc.
Thank you for the lead, I will keep in contact with him and keep you up to date on progress.
19/02/2021 - Jim: Thank you for your interest in the sale of our unit and the names you gave me to achieve this. I have spoken to them yesterday and today have advised them that I need to have other ducks in line prior to the sale of this unit. Once that happens I will be in touch with both of them so they can provide me with a proposal to achieve the sale.
18/02/250214 - Nicole: Just spoke briefly he is at luncheon. Asked me to send my contact details to his email and I am expecting to speak tomorrow. I will follow up and keep you posted.
