26/032/2021 - Mila: I have just been advised that unfortunately I was not successful with listing the property at St. Clair. Ray White got the gig. Sorry to have missed out.
I sent them a detailed report and felt that I had gotten along very well with them. I was told at the time that they were going through "probate" and not ready.
18/02/2021 - Mila: I have made contact with John the contact person for the sale or rent of Aot 102 1 Post Pde. St Clair. I am meeting with John on Tuesday 23/2/21 and will report back to you after the meeting.
