AUG - 21 - TIM - We are still waiting for contracts to exchange. The Vendors have given the purchaser until this Friday and if exchange hasn’t happened the property will be going back on the market.
Sales Progress Last Checked - 1/7 Under Offer
mark - I have spoken with The client and unfortunately I can't look after him. The unit is a serviced apartment with a two year lease still to run on it and that means that I can't do normal marketing and promotion, probably can't run open homes can only sell to a very very restricted buyer audience because live in owners won't look at it and they are so challenging to sell and we are so busy with everything else that I had to indicate to the client I was not going to do the right job for him. I'm very sorry.
