I have completed both of the appraisals and sent them to Helen for consideration. As this is a separation, they are currently looking for a solution where they can retain the properties within the settlement agreement. - David Parlour 23/2
I have let Helen know that if this is not possible, I am there for them to assist with the sale of either of the properties.
David was going on Saturday, Alex said he knows her had her on his ctcs list but happy to work an arrangement, she is going thru separation****22/2
