17/6/21 **Found out Philip had listed this for 90 days off market now out of contract Melissa has an authority partly signed by Beaus wife waiting on his tonight
12/5/21 *** Melissa: still no further communication replies from this seller. not on the market. I have tried to follow-up a number of times - without being crazy stalker, but showing enthusiasm and a genuine wish to help them move forward... I will keep trying
