Spoke with Judy, solicitors cancelled the contract as seller (Aunt owns the property) would not sign the agreement of sale - but had signe4d the form6. Judy withdrew property until they come back with signatures for sale - had been under contract since April, wasting everyone's time. Believes something has happened as Ryan has POA and they have been uncontactable through both solicitor groups - Mark
