We have now sold 153 Wood Street. We had two buyers keen to offer during the week and ended up doing a ?best offer forward? scenario. We had 5 offers ranging from $1,245m through to the winning bidder at $1,360,000. The sale is STCO. I?ll let you know once we are unconditional. Settlement in 60 days.

Just a brief update re this property. As discussed last week, Peter Abs Jan agreed to take our advice and reduce the Statement of Information range to $1.1-1.2m. Since then, enquiry has picked up, we had 12 groups through on Saturday and have three parties suggesting they have interest. All three are keen to review the contract. We may even get an early offer from one family who have sold locally and love the property as it is.
