JOHN RYLAND - I’ve spoken with John Raicevich about his 22 Cliffdale Street. The plan is to have it vacant at end of lease 27/8, clean it up inside and out, repaint inside etc. and go for sale looking its best. I’ve done this with many properties over the years – our rentals and other agency’s rentals. This always gets the best result for the seller. I will stay in contact with John and his son Paul and hopefully get the job to prepare it for sale and get it sold.
