Jane Nunn: she said its a bit of a lemon its very steep in a gully so many trees on it does not think anyone will be able to get permit to build on it he needs to list it for under $100k it will be a hard one to sell.
05/03/2021 - I have had a chat with Artin after I went and had a look at the block. My suggestion was to do some work on the block to clear a bit of space so a car could park and also to get some information from the council about the planning permit that was on the block before he purchased it as it has now expired. It is only going to probably be worth around $50,000 - $60,000 in the current state and the cost to build would be very high as it is extremely steep. It has space to maybe fit two cars then it just drops off the cliff so the house would need to be on 12-15m stilts.
03/03/2021 - Chris lord: Chris Lord said he spoke to client went to property if he does not clear the land he will narrow his buyer market down to zero, very steep and dangerous and full of trees, fire hazard and people who drive to it will think its too difficult and move to next one. He said owner will not be able to get there for another month anyway.
