18/03/2021 - Monty: We have got a contract on Oakley’s property. Unconditional date is due on the 31st of march and settlement is the 16th of april

2/03/2021 - Lisa; I have spoken to the owner and she has requested a ‘desktop’ valuation for now only as she doesn’t want the tenants to be disturb. I have provided her with a valuation but I told her it wouldn’t be as accurate as a sight inspection appraisal.
