20/10/21 - Update from Thomas "This property settled on 14/10.", MJ
25/8 : Price recently reduced to $459,000, a couple of inspections arranged for this week.
16/6/21 ** Hi Vicki,
No action at all, sold 4 Mary shed the other day for $455,000. Ken agreed to drop to $460,000, however we need to be at $449,000.

26/5 Spoke to Thomas, not getting any interest thinks price is high should come down to $450k he sold 4 mary st has taken buyers that missed out on that thru and data base buyers but no one interested.
28/4/21 both Ken and his wife Deb would like to leave the price as is for now, and I have agreed to do an open house next Saturday.
