8/4/21 **** I met with Johanna today and did a thorough inspection of her property. She is considering selling in the next 6 months to 2 years dependent on her teen boys movements with school/Uni. I gave advice on renovation, presentation and pricing in todays market. I'll follow up regularly.
7/4/21 ** Appraisal being done at 135 Macquarie tomorrow Thursday 08/04. Two previous appraisal attempts were cancelled.
