2/7/21 ** Hi Vicki, Just letting you know that 97a Rome Rd is under contract now. My office will send through details to you soon.
1/7/21 * Thanks for your email. The owners have had a strong offer presented to them but at this stage are refusing to accept it. Will keep you posted if anything changes.

Hi Vicki
I spoke with Mathew last week and said I needed to see through the property to give an accurate appraisal price as I’m not prepared to stab in the dark for a $1m plus property and he was getting back to me this week whether he was prepared to get me through as he didn’t want the tenants to be worried, I explained that we would simply say it’s for the purpose of updating the value for taxation purposes which he seemed ok with.
That’s where we are up to on this one.
