19/03/2021 - Anthony: I've spoken to Barb, and met with her for an appraisal. She is still uncertain of timeframes. The meeting went well. I'll advise if I list the property.
17/03/2021 - Ryan: I have been out there and appraised. I have followed up and had a chat with her and she still looking things over which means getting other agents out.
15/03/2021 - Ingrid: I arranged with Barb to catch up on 13th March but she cancelled earlier that morning leaving a message at our offer. I phoned her to confirm I had received the message and asked if she wanted to reschedule. She advised she needed to think more about what she was going to do and before taking any further steps. I have diarised to call her in few weeks.
