16/03/22 - I have been in contact but he doesnt respond. He has re-signed the DHA lease which now runs to 2024 - Nick
16/2/22 update from nick - DHA renewed the lease by exercising their option. Kerry seems as though he will hold on to the property but having said this, he does have health issues that may impact on this
22/4 - Nick - I did think Kerry was going to sell, however, once he had spoken with his financial advisors, he decided that he was going to retain the property, in the foreseeable future.15/3 - Kerry. Sorry for the delay, yes both agents have contacted me, I’m just waiting for one more report before I make my decision.
